• Collaborate closely with Central Process Coordinators and In-House Consultants to design, refine, and optimize ERP processes.
• Develop clear, high-quality process documentation and test scripts to ensure flawless execution.
• Roll out best-practice processes across global JOST locations.
• Be a key player in exciting international roll-out projects.
• Empower and train our key users to maximize system benefits.
• Support our plants by monitoring process efficiency and driving KPI improvements.

• Solid experience (e.g. as an SAP Logistics Process Specialist, Global SAP Process Coordinator, SAP Inhouse Consultant, or a comparable role) with SAP R/3 – ideally also S/4HANA – in the logistics module.
• Fluent English skills (German would be a strong plus!).
• A passion for travel: You enjoy visiting our international sites to support projects, trainings, and roll-outs.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
