As an IGEL Product Marketing M anager, it is your task to serve and support the IGEL sales, marketing, alliances, and channel organizations with messaging, content, competitive analysis, and sales tools to help ensure their success. The position is located in Europe but the responsibility is global, with a focus on EMEA and North America. You will work closely with IGEL product management to understand our IGEL product offerings and solutions, and to translate key capabilities and differentiators into web content, collateral assets, and sales tools.

• Product messaging, web and asset content creation, and IGEL positioning per IGEL COSMOS and the UMS 12 product
• Technology partner messaging, web and asset content creation, and IGEL positioning
• Competitive analysis as it pertains to other offers
• Keen customer needs and solutions understanding for the finance/insurance and EMEA government markets
• Revenue focus – aid and support field sales at any time help is needed to win a deal – always treated as top priority
• Field marketing support – visit customers, attend events, and serve as a product/solution focused talent resource
• Outbound marketing and PR support – assist in the creation of press releases, blog posts, social media content, and other forms of outbound communications

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or similar subject, completed apprenticeship or comparable experience with conceptual strength and above-average comprehension
• Outstanding written and spoken communications skills in ENGLISH. Must be able to share past English written content for review prior to any interviews, excellent German written and speaking ability is a plus
• Must have a proven track record of working in technology while having demonstrated the ability to fully understand and communicate about products or solutions of a technical nature
• Must have demonstrated a degree of creativity in producing content to position IGEL in the best possible way
• Personal leadership – must be able to work productively in a hybrid work environment between home and office and with your direct manager who is likely located remotely (America)
• Must be able to show initiative in getting tasks done and making suggestions for themselves and the team for constant improvement
• Team player – must have demonstrated the key attribute of working flexibly and well on teams and prioritizing team success. Must be able to personify the IGEL “servant heart” culture
• Must be familiar and adept with basic Microsoft Office productivity tools, Adobe and Adobe Creative Cloud tools a plus
